Bartender - Wild Honey St James

As our next Bartender, you…

Deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests.

Show a curiosity and passion for mixology, flavours, and ingredients.

Enjoy interacting with people, are creative and make sure every guest leaves with the desire to return.

Have a sparkling, upbeat personality able to build rapport quickly in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining efficient operation and high quality service for the Wild Honey Bar and is important to maintain product knowledge of all drinks, snack and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.

• 
  Must be able to communicate fluently in English with guests and co-workers.
• Relevant work experience in a bar/restaurant/lounge environment is required, including vast work experience as a bartender.
• Must have a strong product knowledge in spirits, beers and cocktails.
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or over.
