We are a High end Metalworking company primarily working in the construction sector on some of the most prestigious builds in the UK. Due to continued business growth we are looking to appoint for the position of Quantity Surveyor.
You will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a good working knowledge of JCT, NEC
Contracts and Tender Submissions within the Construction Sector.
The Role:
Reporting to the Directors and senior management you will work closely with all areas of the business (including the design and production teams) ensuring accurate delivery of your duties which will include, but is not limited to the following;
You will be a competent Quantity Surveyor and you will have experience with monthly application processes, quoting and JCT & NEC contracts.
Applicants with previous experience in the building and manufacturing sectors would have advantage however all applicants included those with other background will be considered.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you will be fully conversant with Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, Projects and particularly
Excel.
Ability to commute: Nationwide
Experience: Quantity surveying: 5 years minimum
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Thursday, 5 hour shift on Friday.
