The Service Desk Manager should be an experienced customer-focused individual who will be responsible for managing and inspiring a team of service desk analysts
To support the Ward Manager to provide Clinical Nurse Management, leadership and expertise in all aspects of service delivery within sphere of responsibility.
Human resources: 5 years (required). Provide high level statistical data and analysis to ensure services plan their people resources effectively.
This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.
You will work towards becoming a technical point of contact within the business for both internal and external customers.
