Within the LPT Resourcing team, we're looking for a Band 4 HR Lead to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role will look at Bank recruitment, with the aim of growing the size of the Bank. This will including the following job groupings: Nursing, Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), Administration and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs).
The role is busy where no two days are the same. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll learn a lot and be able to develop your skillset.
You'll be home-working with some travel to our sites or external venues in Leicester for recruitment events and ID checks - this will probably be once a week. Because of this, you will need to be self-managed and self-sufficient.
This role may also appeal to current students who are looking for part-time work to fit around their studies and have the language skills we need.
