Ace Cleaning Company is a market leader in the supply of industrial and commercial cleaning services within the East Midlands. Our head office is based in Leicester with additional satellite offices in Coventry and Tamworth.

With an operating area covering Leicester, towards Loughborough round to and including Coventry, Stratford upon Avon, Solihull and from Tamworth we cover down to Sutton Coldfield, across to Cannock and back to Hinckley.. These borders are constantly under review as opportunities arise to expand the business.

At present our customer base consists of approximately 150 sites and almost 250 employees These employees at present work various times of day from 5.00 am to 9.00 pm and whilst the average working shift is between 2 or 3 hours some do work as long as 8 hours per day. Whilst weekend work is kept to a minimum, it has to be lucrative for us to consider undertaking it, consideration and availability at short notice will be a requirement.

Ace Cleaning Company also offers, through our specialised team of operatives, a full range of Industrial Cleaning activities that range from window cleaning, carpets cleaning, commercial kitchen cleaning, floor maintenance and general deep cleaning.

We are accredited to full ISO 9002, Quality accreditation and ISO 14002, Environmental accreditation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a new position to support the development of an ambitious marketing strategy to provide substantial growth over the coming 5 years.

The Marketing Communications Assistant will work with our Business Development Manager in developing marketing activities and generation of potential sales leads.

Duties to include:

  • Social Media management, capturing content, postings etc.
  • Management of Advertising Campaigns.
  • SEO work to maximise Google Rankings

· Assist in planning, designing and implementing Marketing Strategy

· Market Research

· Telesales

· Engage with existing customer base to ensure positive feedback and cross selling.

· Management of CRM system

· Work with BDM to achieve budgeted new business

Person Specification

The successful candidate will be:

  • A confident communicator at all levels with a good grasp of The English Language.
  • Experience and knowledge of digital marketing
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Experience and knowledge of CRM systems
  • Willing to undertake unsolicited Telesales.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with new and existing clients.

REMUNERATION

This is a new position within the organization and the meeting of targets will be paramount to the continuing success of the applicant.

Basic Salary £22,000.00 with OTE estimated at £30,000.00

Hours of work

Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm

Part time hours or job share will be considered.

Holidays

You will be entitled to receive twenty days holiday per year plus eight statutory public holidays.
