As a member of Tesla’s Future Talent Programme, you will be a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the worlds transition to sustainable energy’. You are a motivated self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who thrives working alone or as part of a team to solve problems, meet and exceed targets and deadlines and innovate and execute on cross functional working. You always arrive early and can be trusted to drive your own development and that of your peers and team. You will follow an in-house full time (5 days per week) comprehensive programme providing you with challenging, exciting, and enriching opportunities across all our service, sales, delivery and supporting functions. At each key milestone you will be reviewed and assessed allowing you to grow and develop. You will join an 12-month fixed term programme receiving training in all our key internal functions. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will have had detailed experience in:
  • Customer Service
  • Technical Vehicle Repairs and diagnosis
  • New Car Delivery Process and Logistics Operations
  • End to End Ownership Journey
  • Supporting Key Business Functions and Projects
What You’ll Do

During the programme, you will get the opportunity to work alongside a people focused leadership team. Together you will plot your potential future direction with the business and be given the ability upon completing the programme to apply for applicable and available roles within your chosen department. You will be scored against assessments, behaviours, and final interview.

What You’ll Bring
  • You must not be in full time education when the programme starts
  • Ability to commit to weekend working on a weekly basis
  • 2 Years work experience is beneficial (any industry)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • For Safety and Insurance purposes we require applicants to be 18+ holding either a FULL Clean UK Driving Licence or Provisional
