We are seeking two enthusiastic and skilled colleagues to join us as we build on existing models of care and introduce new ways of working. Our transformation plans over the next 12 months and beyond will include further integration within the care system (ICS) and borough/place- based partnerships, working collaboratively with system partners, including but not limited to in the acutes, Local Authorities, Primary Care, Mental Health, and the Voluntary Sector.

For these important roles we are seeking two experienced Operational Managers, passionate about delivering high quality and efficient community services. Our clinical services work within operating divisions that are arranged in Clinical Service Units and we are seeking a Head of Clinical Services to be accountable for Adult Community Services in Barnet, part the North Central Division

You will need to demonstrate effective leadership skills alongside significant experience managing multi-disciplinary teams; effective communication; be adept with data and business intelligence; be able to advise the Divisional Leadership Team of risks and issues and solve operational and day to day management hurdles using previous experience and your own initiative. You will also need to demonstrate sound financial judgement and be able to develop and deliver robust financial plans. We are willing to consider development opportunities for the right candidate.
