Customer Service Representative - Permanent

Location: Cramlington, Northumberland

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

This role is subject to right to work checks as per UK Employment Law.

We are looking to hire a energised, tenacious and highly driven Customer Service Representative to join our UK Customer Service team in our Label Packaging business (label.averydennison.com) in Cramlington (UK) with a direct reporting line to our Customer Service Team Leader.

The anticipated start date is as soon as possible.

Your Mission:

  • Account management role underpinned with strong customer service-led values
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Assist customers via a range of channels including email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Responsible for keeping customers satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to continually improve service, as well as maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Regularly update personal knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, attending in person and virtual training and embracing available learning platforms
  • Monitor and analyse customer's usage of our products
  • Processing customer orders
  • Add customer value by demonstrating our company principles
  • Work in conjunction with key internal departments such as our sales team, supply chain and product managers on a daily basis, to achieve customer sales and service goals
  • Undertaking courageous conversations and managing customer expectations

Qualifications


What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a customer account management role, preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships simultaneously
  • Personal drive
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills and good attention to detail
