Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Full time Business Support Officer will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Provide programme support and updates to the Business Development Manager
  • Updating social media sites, promotional material and website content
  • Diary management
  • Ensure all contracting information is secure prior to delivering programmes of work
  • Ensure all project information is available and accurate
  • Design and implement effective quality assurance
  • Ensure all quality review information is efficiently processed
  • Liaise with customers via telephone and responding to queries
  • Provide all administrative support to the organisation in relation to meetings and event, e.g. venue booking, greeting, virtual sessions
  • Ensure costs remain within agreed budget
  • Minute taking and document publishing

The Successful Applicant

The successful Full time Business Support Officer must possess the following skill set and experience;

  • Ability to work as part of a team and establish good working relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Commercially aware of the needs of the business
  • Good interpersonal skills and to demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • To develop effective administration and support systems
  • Appropriate level of data protection and security awareness
  • Not for Profit and Charities background
